Quality
The exterior board usually requires high resistance to humid and harsh conditions so it must be manufactured with phenolic WBP glue. The strength should be top-grade to bear the weights and pressures. Usually, only a single side is laminated with film with patterns. It is also important to use a good hot press plate in the film laminating process. A good plate will make the pattern more clear and with better anti-slip capacity.
